Shipping Policy
What day will my order ship? Do you ship on weekends?
We process and ship orders on weekdays only (Monday–Friday). While we aim to process orders quickly, it may take up to 7 business days to prepare your order, depending on order volume.
If you have a preferred shipping carrier or would like to coordinate your own shipping, please let us know when placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders within the United States typically take 7–10 business days to arrive after they’ve been shipped.
Where is my package?
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. If you created an account with us, you can also find your tracking details in your order history.
I didn’t receive my package on time. What should I do?
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, we do not guarantee specific delivery dates. You can use your tracking number to check the package’s status with the shipping carrier. If there are delays, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly for updates.
My tracking says the package was delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier (e.g., UPS) for assistance. Often, they can help locate the package or provide additional delivery details.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We only ship within the United States.
