Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Items not in their original condition, items that are damaged, or items missing parts for reasons not caused by our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at exoticsprovision@gmail.com.
Shipping Returns

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.
- For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
